We are lookingfor a Chief Product Officer to join our team inLondon!
SalaryRange : 100.000 120.000 annually based on experienceand qualifications.
About thejob :
We are seeking an experiencedChief Product Officer to drive our CRM product strategy vision andexecution. In this role you will lead a dynamic team of productmanagers business analysts and designers to build a solution whichwill help our clients enhance player engagement optimize customerinteractions and provide deep analytics and personalization.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Developa clear product vision and strategy that aligns with both customerneeds and the companys business goals ensuring scalability andalignment with technology trends.
- Build andscale product teams ensuring the right talent is in place toexecute the product vision.
- Own the endtoendproduct lifecycle from ideation and development to launch andensure successful execution.
- Ensure thatproducts are launched on schedule and meet highquality standards byguiding crossfunctional teams through the productlifecycle.
- Partner with engineering datascience and AI teams to develop features that leverage cuttingedgetechnology such as AI personalization machine learning models forplayer behaviour predictions and data analytics tools.
Requirements :
- 10years of experience in product leadership roles with a provenrecord of driving successful product strategies andexecution.
- Proven track record in productmanagement and strategy within the gamblingindustry.
- Experience with CRM technologiescustomer data platforms (CDPs) and AI / MLintegrations.
- Familiarity with data analyticsautomation technologies and AI / ML as applied to player interactionplatforms.
- Experience in using differentproduct management techniques to drive productsuccess.
- Strong leadership skills withexperience in managing crossfunctional teams.
- A strategic thinker with a keen ability toinnovate and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs andmarket conditions.
- Customercentric approachwith a focus on delivering exceptional userexperiences.
