We arerecruiting for an exciting opportunity as a RegionalManager on an 18 month fixed term contract to joinour Arb Rail & Infrastructure division situated in andaround the Cardiff area.
You will contribute tothe performance and growth of the division and ensure that weexceed our clients expectations on safety quality and operationaldelivery.
The Regional Managerwill predominantlybe involved in arb & deveg projects but the work scope maypotentially also include fencing and minor civilswork.
Duties willinclude :
- Managing multiple SiteSupervisors and sites to exceed client and internalKPIs
- Assist with the planning safety andquality of the works carried out
- Survey sitesto evaluate work required and ensuring adequate resourcing todeliver
This is a field based role inthe South Wales area. You will either be on site or working fromhome.
Who are we lookingfor
This is a great opportunity for a change. Youcould be working as a manager on the rail side and looking for achange into deveg work or you could be a strong Arb Manager lookingfor a move into rail.
- The candidate will ideally have had some butnot necessarily all of thefollowing;
- Relevant managerial andoperational experience or equivalent relevant practicalexperience.
- Solid commercial acumen withexperience of managing NEC contracts
- Previousexperience in the rail industry
- Experienced ineffectively leading teams
- Effective influencingand negotiating skills.
- Knowledge and strongcommercial acumen of tendering
