Key Responsibilities :

- Provide personalised care and support based on each learner's unique needs.

- Help with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Support learners in participating in social, educational, and recreational activities.
- Assist learners in gaining employment skills and accessing job opportunities.
- Promote independence by empowering learners to make their own choices.
- Monitor learner progress and adapt support as needed to meet their goals.
- Administer medication (after training) and manage any medical emergencies.






- Take part in regular training and professional development to enhance your skills.

- Experience working with people, either professionally or personally-particularly those with disabilities or additional needs.
- Patience, understanding, and a calm approach when dealing with challenging behaviour.
