An exciting opportunity has arisen for qualified Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities and Children's Transitions Teams.

The Children with Disabilities work closely alongside our Children’s Transition Team to ensure seamless transitions for our young people.

We operate an early help approach to children with disabilities to ensure that children get the right help at the right level of the continuum of need.

Our focus is to provide the best possible care and support to our children.





The Children with Disabilities Team is proud to be Makaton friendly and the team engage in regular sign and dine sessions to continue to develop this skill alongside the Children’s Transitions Team.

Ideally, you will need to have a minimum of months post qualifying experience and will have completed your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year of Employment).

We want to recruit experienced, committed, creative, resilient Social Workers to join our Children with Disabilities and Children’s Transitions Team.

We will support you in developing your knowledge and skills to enable you to work creatively in planning and decision-making with children and their families and our partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and with a focus on prevention at every level.
