This is a hybrid working, UK based Contract Role : November 2024 - April 2025

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing branding for a large event series in EMEA, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence that aligns with the global event series.

Collaboration with both internal & hybrid teams, external partners, and suppliers will be essential to the success of this role.

Reporting To : Executive Producer

Direct Reports : Brand Executives

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Guidelines :

- Oversee the visual and verbal brand identity of the event, including branding materials, merchandise, signage, and digital assets.
- Follow the branding guidelines specified for the event,





aligning with overall series goals and attendee experience and communicate guidelines to regional teams.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all event materials, signage & wayfinding, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Act as the brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity throughout all event activities.
- Mentor and guide brand executives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging best-in-class professional standards.
- Provide guidance and support to regional brand executives for management of suppliers for branding materials, promotional items, as well as timeline management, for event setup, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Team Leadership :

Mentor and guide brand executives, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging best-in-class professional standards.

Supplier Liaison & Management :







Provide guidance and support to regional brand executives for management of suppliers for branding materials, promotional items, as well as timeline management, for event setup, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Client Relationship Management :

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the clients, sponsors, and partners, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Onsite Management :

- Oversee the regional lead during the delivery and installation of all branding elements, and be the main point of contact for any escalation requirements
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.






- Ensure cost-effective execution by managing suppliers efficiently and mitigating unexpected costs. Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising the attendee experience or event quality.
- Provide thorough post-event feedback on branding elements and suppliers

Budget & Financial Management :

Requirements : Experience :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, branding, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and event management principles.






- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and event management tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Skills :

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Additional Requirements :

- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the schedule and during peak event periods.






- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and ensure the smooth running of events in diverse and sometimes unpredictable circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and with teams across different countries and time zones.
