AS OCU continues on a journey of substantialgrowth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SiteEngineerto come and join us based in Slough.
TheSite Engineer will play a crucial role in the product developmentlifecycle from concept design to production. This role requiresstrong technical skills creative problemsolving abilities and apassion for innovation.
The Design Engineer will work closely withcrossfunctional teams to design and develop products that meetcustomer requirements and exceed industrystandards.
Duties andResponsibilities :
- Collaboratewith product managers stakeholders and customers to understandproject requirements goals andconstraints.
- Generateinnovative design concepts and solutions that address user needstechnical specifications and markettrends.
- Create sketchesrenderings and 3D models to visualize and communicate designconceptseffectively.
- Conductengineering analysis and simulation studies to evaluate theperformance reliability and manufacturability of designconcepts.
- Use CAD softwareand simulation tools to optimize designs for strength weight costand other keyfactors.
- Iterate ondesigns based on analysis results and stakeholder feedback toachieve optimaloutcomes.
