Branch Manager (Trade Counter)
Worsley, Manchester
C£45k DOE + £3.5k bonus + overtime

In this role, your focus as a Branch Manager will be to grow and increase revenue of your 2 stores. You will be required to increase sales, manage a team of 5, support with warehouse, deliveries, safety, customer service and whole running of the branches.
You will be required to support, guide, learn and encourage the teams. Also, ensure that teamwork and collaborating with other branches is encouraged, whilst adhering to company guidelines.
As a Branch Manager, you will have worked within welding / industrial gases, with experience in sales / customer service.
You will ideally be driven to hit targets and have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Not afraid to get stuck in with various tasks to encourage working towards a common goal.
