What do you need to succeed as a Cluster Manager?
- Previous experience in a managerial capacity or actively pursuing advancement in this direction.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
- A strategic thinker capable of devising and executing impactful sales strategies.
What does the Cluster Manager role involve?
- You will take a commercial approach, serving as an advocate for driving and reviewing KPI performance while implementing essential actions as needed.
- You will foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that our customers remain the focal point of our goals.
- You'll provide strong leadership to your team, driving engagement and promoting a high-performance culture amongst your colleagues.
- You will oversee the development, lead, empower, and motivate Merchant Branch Managers, recognising individual accomplishments and contributing to an encouraging environment.
- You will ensure locations always have adequate staffing, which may include supporting the day-to-day store in Merchant Branch Manager absence.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7 : 30am until 17 : 00pm and Saturday 8 : 00am until 12 : 00pm
with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
