About the Role :
In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation and continued growth of the school's ICT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will encompass :
- Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of ICT equipment, including computers, networks, software, and peripherals.
- Providing first-line technical support to staff and students, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

- Possesses a strong understanding of ICT hardware, software, and network systems.

- Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , fostering positive relationships with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Can work independently and manage time effectively , prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds a relevant ICT qualification and a demonstrable track record of success in a similar role within the education sector (desirable).
- Maintains a commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in educational technology.
