Qulaifications
Essential criteria
- MRCP or equivalent
- CST in Endocrinology & GIM or be within 6 months from date of interview MRCP or equivalent
Desirable criteria
Post graduate qualification, e.g. MD, PhD or FRCPath
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Appropriate experience and clinical expertise
- IT skills
Management / Audit Experience
Essential criteria
- Evidence of clinical leadership in the development of clinical services
- Evidence of engagement with audit / quality improvement project
Desirable criteria
Significant quality improvement project / publication
