Service Desk Analyst 2 Month Contract Immediate Start Inside IR35 London
VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in London, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1
and 2
Line BAU Support.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base.
Please note that this role will require you to be onsite in Central London 5 days per week.
Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst :
Provide 1
and 2
Line support on the Service Desk
- Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
- Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside
Key Skills and experience :
Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1
and 2
Line Support
- Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
- Experience supporting MacOS would be beneficial
- Experience supporting Dell hardware
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
- Experience with Azure, Azure AD
- Microsoft Intune
- Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ITIL
Role details :

- Duration : 2 month contract running till the end of 2024
- Rate : £180 - £200 per day
- IR35 status : Inside IR35
- Location : Fully onsite in Central London
