Salary and Bonuses
- Starting Salary : £38,500 - £41,500*
- Retention Bonus : 5%
- Additional Bonus : Up to 10% for quality and retention
- Estimated Total Earnings (OTE) : £45,650

What We Seek
- Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
- Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
- Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports.
- Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
- Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
Working Hours
- Full-time role : 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
- Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.
- Work hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday,
with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
- Sample schedules include : 8am 4 : 30pm or 9am 5 : 30pm.
- We will provide at least 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your schedule.
