Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) FM Service Provider - Commercial Estate South West London £42,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a commercial estate near in South West London.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in mechanical building maintenance.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,000, overtime,

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 08 : 00 - 17 : 00
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Mechanically / Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 / 3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
