We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our Geography Department at our outstanding school in Slough.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Geography Department.
- Develop and implement a dynamic geography curriculum.
- Teach engaging and high-quality geography lessons.
- Mentor and support geography teachers.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements :
- Degree in Geography or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience teaching geography at the secondary school level.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
