The firm's Property Litigation team are ranked in the legal directories and advise landlords, tenants, multiple national retailers, developers, local authorities and individual property investors.
Clients range from substantial PLC's to small and medium sized businesses and private individuals, both in the UK and across the world.
The firm's lawyers are experience in every type of property dispute, from joint venture and conveyancing disputes, to trespass, party wall and developer claims, and from professional negligence and rectification claims to the full range of landlord and tenant disputes, including breaches of covenant, possession and service charge problems, business lease renewal and dilapidations claims.
The team are now seeking an experienced property litigation solicitor to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years PQE in property litigation gained from a reputable city practice and will be well versed in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes and act for a wide range of clients, both domestically and internationally.
