We are currently looking to recruit a :
hardworking, reliable Learning Support Assistant to support the delivery of a high quality, accessible curriculum across our school.
We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy and drive to work closely with class teachers and the Leadership Team to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils.
We are looking for :
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of working with young people in an educational environment
The desire to transform the educational experience for students and create an exceptional place of learning.
High expectations of learning and behaviour and the ability to inspire and motivate our children.
The ability to support children in small groups, one to one with varying needs including children with an EHC plan
Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations
Attend training & meetings
