Mortgage Services Sales Manager

As the new Mortgage Services Sales Manager, you'll initially lead 8 offices in South East London, guiding the existing team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants to excellence while expanding the team further.
We welcome applications from experienced candidates seeking their next career move. You'll recruit, manage, and coach a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants across multiple successful Mann Countrywide Offices.
You'll be financially rewarded based on your team's success in surpassing sales targets,
aligned with the standard Mortgage Manager's compensation plan.
Applicants must hold full mortgage qualifications and have Financial Services Experience.
