The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for a Funds Finance lawyer to join this top 20 City of London law firm.
Within this role you will work on capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV / asset backed facilities, acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers.
You will also have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and the ability to work on transactions as part of a team.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 6+ years PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
