This niche US law firm are urgently for a confident, professional and well educated Legal PA / Executive Assistant to work for the Senior Partner of this outstanding US law firm and supporting one other within their busy Corporate Know-How Department.
They are both looking for the ultimate in support from organising their busy diaries, managing their meetings internally and externally, dealing with document work, opening and closing client files and all ad hoc duties.
Candidates should have a positive and forward thinking approach to work, have a good education,
be able to juggle many tasks at once and have an excellent team playing attitude a typical requirement of a smaller law firm.
