Calling all patient and supportive individuals who love working with children! Newham Schools are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' success by :
- Providing Individualized Support : Working alongside teachers to identify student needs and create personalized learning plans that cater to their specific strengths and challenges.
- Promoting Engagement and Participation :
Creating a fun and inclusive learning environment where all students feel comfortable participating and asking questions.
- Building Positive Relationships : Developing strong bonds with students, fostering their confidence and self-esteem, and celebrating their achievements.
- Collaborating for Success : Working closely with teachers, other LSAs, and school professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning experience for all students.
