You will be joining the current reward team to provideexpertise on thepany's rewardernance and regulatory requirements. Youwill be responsible for evaluating remuneration policies, developing thecompany's reward processes on a global remit whilst ensuring that they are incompliance with regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Working as part of the Reward team, you will needproven technical, analytical, numerical andpliance experience. You willneed an understanding of UK and EUernance policies,
US knowledge would bebeneficial.
You will need to be able to prioritise and manage multiplecross-functional projects simultaneously. You will have strong, proven, seniorstakeholder management experience.
