A well-recognised property and construction consultancy are actively seeking a career-focused Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Bristol based team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a prosperous building consultancy team who are currently experiencing an exciting period of change and growth.
As a key member of the team, the Senior Building Surveyor will play an essential role in shaping the consultancy's long-term strategy, contributing to their ambitious plans for development and expansion.
This role provides the Senior Building Surveyor the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of high-profile projects across various markets including commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use.
As well as this, the Senior Building Surveyor will have the chance to get stuck into a variety of responsibilities including developing and managing key client relationships, working closely with the Directors in growing the business, and mentoring junior members of the team.
With a varied and challenging workload, this role also offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking, supportive team.

The Senior Building Surveyor
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally come from a consultancy background, with a proven track record in providing both project and professional focused Building Surveying services.
- MRICS qualification ideally
- Business development experience is a bonus
