Our client, a UK business which is one of the most exciting businesses to work for at this moment in time is looking for a Head of CRM.

You will lead the CRM strategy and develop audiences and engage customers and consumers. You will work in collaboration with marketing and IT teams and lead a team of CRM experts.

You will develop customer journeys and be data savvy looking at insights across email and web data. You will be experienced at audience development and highly analytical.







To be considered for this role you will be able to set strategies and live and breathe CRM.
