Are you a logical thinker with a passion for problem-solving? A leading Software-as-a-Service provider whose platform manages over £10bn worth of transactions every year, is looking for a talented graduate to join their team as Technical Business Analyst.
As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst, you will :
- Work in a specialised team focusing on core system development, web solutions, or product implementations.
- Guide clients through the powerful and configurable System, helping them maximise its potential.
- Design and implement high-quality software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Tackle challenging technical problems with a structured, logical approach.
- Gather and translate client requirements into clear,
detailed specifications.
- Manage complex software builds to ensure they meet client specifications.
- Continuously monitor and enhance various aspects of the Acturis System.
- Support our sales team by contributing to proposals and presenting technical solutions to clients.
Candidate Profile :
- Outstanding academic credentials : Achieved a 2 : 1 or above in a STEM subject. Excellent A-levels (or equivalent), ideally with an A in Maths.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities : You love tackling challenges with a logical, practical mindset.
- Strong organisational skills : You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner : You're eager to take on new responsibilities and acquire new skills quickly.
- Team player : You work seamlessly with others and communicate effectively.
- Tech-savvy : Proficient in tools like Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to pick up new concepts.
- Client-focused roles : For some positions,
strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers are essential.
