Drama Teacher Opportunity - Secondary School, Croydon
Introduction :
We are delighted to partner with a highly regarded secondary school in Croydon, seeking an exceptional Drama Teacher to join their vibrant department this September.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and cultivate a love of drama in students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Position Overview :
- Curriculum Delivery :
Develop and deliver engaging and innovative drama lessons across KS3, 4, and 5, fostering creativity, confidence, and a deep understanding of dramatic arts.
- Assessment & Feedback : Design and implement effective assessment strategies, providing constructive feedback to support student progress and development.
- Collaborative Engagement : Actively participate in departmental activities, contributing to curriculum development, extra-curricular programs, and school productions.
- Professional Growth : Stay informed about current trends and advancements in drama education, participating in relevant professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Degree in Drama or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching drama across KS3, 4, and 5.
