Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Business Studies to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the department.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
