This role is based at West Burton, Nottinghamshire.
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.
The Role

In this role you will play a pivotal role in working for the Site Operations Manager to facilitate all site works.
Collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to coordinate all site works efficiently and promote and develop a robust Health and Safety culture.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Provide daily oversight of on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement setting to work procedures to include reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure safe systems of work are applied.
- Implement a Permit to work process.
- Engage with Site Stakeholders to manage Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs) effectively.
- Conduct inductions and facilitate toolbox talks for site personnel.
- Compile and prepare for audit of health and safety documentation.
- Monitor and track contractor progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements :
- Proven experience in coordinating / supervising day-to-day operations.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of building compliance and maintenance management.
- Full UK driving license.
- Microsoft Office : Proficient skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
