Job description
Salt is recruiting for a client within central government that requires a SC Cleared Commercial Lead for a 1-year contract Inside IR35 with rate negotiable DOE.
Skills (including specialist skills) and / or knowledge required :
Lead on and deliver key procurement activities and provide commercial leadership for complex and strategic procurements.
Produce and deliver Contract Management Plans and procurement plans for goods and services to support the delivery of the Digital, Data and Technology.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a clear and agreed view on the needs of the business and target outcomes.
Deliver more complex procurements through the management of activities such as :
- Production of financial analyses and projections.
- Production of the Commercial Business Case and contribute to the development of wider business case content and leading on defining the , the commercial strategy, procurement options, risks, and mitigations.
