The Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Biology Teacher to join our outstanding Science Department. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching Biology and committed to inspiring our students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the biology curriculum.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Biology or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Biology at secondary level
- ECTs Invited to apply
- A strong understanding of the biology curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
