Key Responsibilities :
- Assist classroom teachers in preparing lesson materials and instructional activities.
- Support individual and small group instruction to help students grasp new concepts.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special needs or those requiring additional support.
- Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Assist with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher in Education or related field preferred).
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Basic knowledge of educational software and technology.
