About the Role :

Connex Education is excited to be working with Secondary schools within the WF12 area and are recruiting for a number of roles including Supply Teachers.

Assignment Details;

As a supply teacher you will have the freedom to choose how often you work and where, allowing you the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school environments.

We welcome applications from teachers with specialisms in every subject, and we view applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) equally.

Key responsibilities include :

- Delivering pre-prepared lessons
- Maintaining classroom discipline
- Assisting students with their work
- Recording attendance and reporting any issues
- Supporting the school’s policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will :

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to quickly build rapport with students and staff
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be confident in managing classroom behaviour
- Have the ability to follow lesson plans and give clear instructions
- Be flexible and adaptable to different school environments






- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS).
- We are also open to applications from FE Trained Teachers with PGCE Qualifications.
