We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements,
including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Operations team in the role of Administrator Retirement Services HOST on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Checking Annual Benefit Statements and Wake Up Packs
- Dealing with valuation requests
- Requesting information from Investment Managers via email and phone.
- Requesting updates from other Pension companies for transfers in via email and phone
- General clerical duties
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements :
- A recent working background in pension administration is essential
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills across all stakeholder levels
- Telephony experience is also essential
- An aptitude to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining an outstanding level of attention to detail
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite packages
This is a full time, office-based role within our Fareham office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
