Our client school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 5 Teacher to join a reputable Good’ one-form primary school in West London, West London.
The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching in a Year 5 setting.
Aside from that, the successful Year 5 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

This is a vibrant and exceptional one-form entry school in West London. It is easily accessible by public transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Primary teacher from September.
The school has a Good Ofsted rating. The school has a supportive culture and is an excellent place for both students and staff members.
Responsibilities of a Year 5 Teacher :
- As a Year 5 Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
- Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses
- Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry
- Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
- Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
- Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
- Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for Year 5 students.
Year 5 Teacher requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Education, or related field.
- Teaching qualification and QTS.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching Year 5 students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
- Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
