This is a rare opportunity for an experienced claimant Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join a respected, regional firm in Orpington, Kent.

The Role
- You will run your own caseload of matters including EL / PL / RTA and clinical negligence matters ranging from fast-track and multi-track.
- The Solicitors in this Legal 500 ranked team have a regional reputation for their rigorous and steadfast representation of their clients to make sure their voices are heard and their claims are diligently investigated.
- This is a high-quality practice that deals with a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence cases whilst specialising in unique and highly complex matters which, by their nature, are of significant value.
Requirements
- You will be a Personal Injury Solicitor / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE - experience across RTA, EL / PL and Clinical Negligence
- Able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
- Have excellent communication skills as you will converse with a wide array of clients.
