About The Role
Assistant Field Based Technician - Water
Location : Guildford
Salary : £12 per hour
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Technician within our Water Business Unit. This role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the water industry with comprehensive training provided.
We value a proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in hands-on work.
Role Overview :
As an Assistant Technician, you will support technicians with daily tasks such as :
- Fault finding and rectification
- Testing and installation work
- Ensuring safe working environments during excavations, chamber access, or meter replacements
Key Requirements :
- UK driving license
- Willingness to occasionally work away from home for a week or two each year
- Strong team collaboration skills
