Religious Education (RE) Teacher Secondary School in Oldham (ASAP Start)
Are you an enthusiastic and passionate RE teacher looking for an exciting new role? We are seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Oldham with an immediate or January 2025 start.
Role Overview :
- Full-time RE teaching position.
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Encourage students to explore and understand diverse religious beliefs and ethical issues.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and tolerance.
- Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Ideal Candidate :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A passion for promoting the importance of religious understanding in today’s world.
- A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
