About theRole :
As a History Teacher youwill :
- Deliver engaging andstimulating History lessons across the curriculum catering to KeyStage 3 (Years 78) and potentially Key Stage 4 (Years911).
- Foster a love of History in studentsencouraging exploration of the world around them and developingtheir critical thinking skills.
- Utilize avariety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles andensure all students reach their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum development ensuring it alignswith the schools vision national requirements and the latestadvancements in geographical pedagogy.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within theHistory department and across the school to ensure a cohesive andengaging program.
TheIdeal Candidate :
- Qualified History Teacher with a proven track record ofsuccess in engaging students and developing their geographicalunderstanding.
- Excellent subject knowledge anda passion for inspiring a love of History in students of allabilities.
- Strong pedagogical skills and theability to deliver innovative and effective lessons that cater todiverse learning styles.
- A commitment to highstandards and the ability to create a positive stimulating andsupportive learning environment.
- Excellentcommunication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
