Warehouse Operative

Type of Job : Temporary
On behalf of one of our clients based in Lutterworth, Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start in a temp to perm position.
As a Warehouse Operative, your main duties and responsibilities would be as follows :
- Piking and packing,
- General warehouse duties.
The training will be provided.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will be required to have :
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues,
- A team player,
- Reliable and punctual,
- A "safety-first" mind-set,
- The ability to follow detailed processes to ensure the Health and Safety procedures are followed.
Previous experience of working in a Warehouse is desirable.
Possibility of a contract after 12 weeks.
Shift Pattern : £ per hour
Overtime Rate : £ per hour
Your Time at Work
Your shift pattern would be 08 : 00 -17 : 00, Monday - Friday, with a 30 minute unpaid break.
Sometimes due to high volume hours might vary and you might be asked to stay longer.
Saturday or Sunday paid as overtime.
Overtimes available.
