Job description
Salt is collaborating with a well-known travel brand as they seek to hire a talented individual to join their Customer Marketing Team on an ASAP starting, 12 month contract role.
In this hybrid (2 days per week to London HQ) role as a direct marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of their global direct marketing initiatives through channels such as email and app push notifications, driving both business growth and customer value.
Responsibilities :
- Create email and push marketing campaigns for key markets.
- Proofread and test all global email campaigns prior to customer distribution.
- Monitor email deployments to ensure accuracy and promptly address any issues.
- Support customer targeting (audience building, list generation, control groups, etc.) using Audience Builder and other SFMC tools, including setting up A / B tests.
- Collaborate with the business insights team to deliver analysis and insights on email and push programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise communication production, streamline processes, and enhance overall execution efficiency.
- Work closely with the CRM product team to define requirements, test, and implement new platform capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, scripting languages, and SQL.
- 1+ years of experience in SFMC; experience with Data Cloud is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent time management, prioritisstion, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
