The Role :
This is a stand out opportunity for an Employment Senior Associate to join this top 15 City of London firm.
You will manage a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to varying employment legislation and rights and obligations.
Within this role you will work on litigation relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal,
unlawful deduction of wages and other claims in the employment tribunal and relating to breach of contract and business protection claims in the High Court.
The Ideal Candidate :
- You will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
