The role :
Are you a Contentious Construction Associate NQ-4 years PQE or CILEX looking for a platform to work on some of the most high-value construction disputes available?
If so, this team in Bristol would like to hear from you.
This hire will be involved in a range of disputes involving construction, infrastructure and energy projects. This will encompass all forms of risk management, strategic advice and dispute resolution including adjudication, litigation and arbitration.
Forming part of the firm's wider Energy, Projects, Infrastructure & Construction sector group,
the team has a huge amount of experience in the renewables / clean energy field and they are looking for someone who shares their passion for this area of law.
They are on an exciting growth trajectory and looking to invest heavily in their lawyers in order to bring through the next generation of home-grown talent.
The ideal candidate :
- Contentious Construction Associate NQ-4 years PQE or CILEX
- Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects and be hands-on with clients
- Team player who enjoys being in a collegiate atmosphere
