KeyResponsibilities :
- Manage avaried caseload of shipping law issues including disputes contractsand compliance.
- Offer expert legalguidance to clients in the shippingsector.
- Conduct thorough researchand keep abreast of the latest developments in maritimelaw.
- Collaborate effectively with ateam of seasoned solicitors and supportstaff.
Requirements
- 25years of postqualification experience in shippinglaw.
- Strong analytical communicationand negotiation abilities.
- Provencapability to manage a diverse and challengingcaseload.
- Excellent skills in clientrelationshipmanagement.
