Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to primary and secondary school students.
- Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Create educational resources and materials that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
- Establish and maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
- Stay current with the latest teaching methodologies and developments in French language and culture education.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in French or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching French at the primary or secondary level.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the French language and culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Familiarity with technology and its integration into the classroom.
