Birmingham LGBT is recruiting to the post of Volunteer Coordinator to join our community sexual health team to build capacity to deliver our services for the LGBTQ+ community.
Birmingham LGBT is recruiting to the post of Volunteer Coordinator to join our community sexual health team to build capacity within the sexual health service and other Birmingham LGBT services through a team of volunteers who will carry out vital supporting roles for the organisation delivering services that meet the needs of LGBTQ+ people in Birmingham and Solihull.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham and will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting a team of volunteers, and coordinating their volunteering activities to support and enhance delivery of our services.
Accountable to : Sexual Health Services Manager
Terms :
£30,845 per annum (pro rata) 18.5 hours per week (plus up to 5% matched pension contributions)
Working on a rota basis including evening and weekend work and some travel to sites in Birmingham and Solihull.
25 days annual leave per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
Permanent contract.
