Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Physics Department to join our team of passionate educators. As the Head of Physics, you will lead the department in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, inspiring students to explore the wonders of physics and nurturing their scientific curiosity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Physics Department with vision, enthusiasm, and strategic direction.

Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Physics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a successful Physics teacher, ideally with experience in leadership or management roles within a school setting.
- A deep passion for physics education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning among students.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and educational best practices in physics.
