Leasehold Manager

Salary : £34,285 - £36,000 per annum

Type : 1 year Fixed Term Contract, Full time (35 hours per week)

Location : Oxford - Hybrid working

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for aLeasehold Manager to act as the main point of contact for our customers and toblock manage a portfolio of Leasehold properties within assigned neighbourhoods,ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and comply with relevanthealth and safety regulations.

You will be responsible for delivering excellentcustomer service within the framework of Leasehold Services.

Some key responsibilities :

- To carry out and monitor regular estate inspections and ensure accurate records are maintained, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.






- Be the point of contact for your customers to resolve and investigate complaints and issues raised by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- Liaison and consultations with leaseholders.
- To build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivering a strong financial performance by working collaboratively with the service charge team to ensure production of accurate and transparent service charge estimates and year end accounts.
- Attending meetings, hearings and other forums to build relationships with customers.

More about you :

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A C).
- Previous experience of property management is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as an understanding of issues relating to leaseholders and shared owners.






- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Good level of knowledge using Word and Excel to compile and write reports.
- The ability to analyse and draw logical conclusions from complex data.
- You must hold a full UK Driving license and have access to a vehicle
