Interim OD Consultant

6-month FTC

Bristol - Hybrid / Flexible (2 days / week in the office. Full time or flexible / reduced hours considered)

Salary up to £60,000 + Bens (or equiv. day rate - inside IR35)

Henlee Resourcing urgently seeks an experienced OD Consultant, for an initial 6-month contract.

Working closely with the Head of HR, you will drive organisational development and design, transformation and a small but complex TUPE process, post-acquisition of a competitor.

Suitable applicants must have extensive experience in OD and transformation experience and proven expertise in handling complex TUPE.

Coupled with, strong commercial acumen, great communication skills,





the ability to influence, a proactive approach and comfortable leading this project with minimal direction.
