What will you be doing?
Team Leadership & Activation : Lead a team to deliver top-notch activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV & Cinema, ensuring best-in-class strategies and executions.
New Business Development : Collaborate with new business teams to craft AV strategies and presentations, contributing to winning new business opportunities.
Negotiation & Value Optimization : Negotiate with sales house teams to secure added value opportunities for clients, maximizing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Who we are looking for;
- Proven experience as an Associate Director or Account Director within an AV department, specializing in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema.
- Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and experience in managing client / AV finance processes, along with confidence in managing client audits across all AV mediums.
- Experience in the retail sector will be advantageous.
- Strong team management skills,
including objective setting and development conversations.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to challenge briefs and deliver exceptional results.
