We are looking for an expert DE&I; lead to come to giffgaff to continue setting the standard on what diversity, equity and belonging means in a modern workplace.
Making measurable progress that makes giffgaff inclusive and allows giffgaffers to do their best work. This role will suit an individual who is comfortable with operating at a strategic level and rolling sleeves up to get stuff done.
As the DE&I; Lead you will set the strategy for inclusion and belonging, and deliver against company wide goals. This will be done by collaborating and influencing team members, using a data- based approach to report on priorities and decisions.

The must haves
- In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experience as a deep subject matter knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Belonging.
- Demonstrable experience in setting & executing DE&I; strategies.
- Experience of using data and insights to ensure data driven decisions.
- Knowledge of working with and influencing collaborators across different areas.

- Demonstrable experience of being a strategic thinker - being able to connect information to provide insights and solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and run multiple projects simultaneously
- Evidence of a growth mindset : Ambitious, motivated to learn and develop, willingness to be stretched.
