Tier 1 Main Contractor
£85,000 (D.O.E) plus company package
I have partnered up again with a Top 10 UK Construction Contractor who are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Midlands to oversee a significant RC Frame package of a £125m civil infrastructure scheme.
The Project Manager will be required to oversee the large package of works which will be mainly focussed on RC structure as part of a £200m project.
This role will be taking them from ECI through to handover back to the client. They are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager whose area of expertise is within the self-delivery world,
and ideally comes from another Tier 1 Main Contractor.
The right candidate must understand the full construction process as well as the ability to build programs. They currently at the very early ECI stages and keen to get someone started as soon as possible.

Criteria :
- Contractor Background (Self Delivery experience)
- Minimum 4 / 5years’ experience in a similar role
On offer :
- Up to £85,000 plus company package (Negotiable on Candidate Experience)
